If you are an established patient in our practice and you have ordered your contacts within the last year or if your prescription is more than a year old, you will need to call our office to schedule a yearly contact lens evaluation.

Contact Lens prescriptions are not a part of the Drs. Routine Eye Exam. The specialized fitting process constitute a separate examination which is a separate charge.
